Personal month

A personal month is a number (1 through 9) describing the "climate" of a given calendar month, calculated by adding the personal year number to the current month's number.

It refines the personal year's theme down to a monthly level — helping identify which month within a given personal year is better suited to new beginnings, say, and which is better suited to closing things out.
