Question 1

When does the forecast arrive?

Accepted Answer

In the morning, in your profile’s time zone. If you follow several people, their forecasts come together in one e-mail, and your phone gets one notification instead of several.

Question 2

How do I unsubscribe?

Accepted Answer

Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can change channels and topics in the notification settings.

Question 3

Do I need to install an app?

Accepted Answer

No. E-mail works straight away and push notifications work in the browser. On an iPhone, push needs AstroSensus added to the home screen — the App page shows how.

Question 4

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Start with 14 days of the Family plan — no card required. After the trial, this feature is available from the Start plan.
