Last Quarter Moon in Cancer
Saturday, 3 October 2026 · exactly at 13:00 · UTC
The Last Quarter favours tidying up — you can let go of what no longer serves.
The waning Moon in Cancer forms a square with the Sun — halfway from the full moon to the new moon.
The Last Quarter is a phase in which the Moon is approximately halfway from the Full Moon to the New Moon and forms a right angle with the Sun. In astrology, it is associated with putting things in order, bringing matters to a close, and reflecting on what is worth leaving behind; the sign of Cancer is traditionally associated with home, closeness, and a sense of emotional security. You may treat this time as an opportunity to notice your needs and calmly put your personal affairs in order. The event lasts approximately one day, from October 3 to 4, 2026.
